Meet Teacher Madie!

Hello!

Hi all! My name is Madie. I have been working with children of all ages for about six years now, beginning as a teenager volunteering for VBS at my local church. That experience was quickly followed by an opportunity to be a guest counselor for Camp Tadmor. I also nannied for several families before transitioning to center-based care, starting with an in-home center for children ages eight weeks to eight years.

I’ve worked at two more centers since then, primarily as an infant and toddler teacher. Now, I hope to encourage your child’s independence and set them up for success as they begin to transition to grade school. Outside of work, I have two boys of my own—Oliver (3) and Leon (1)—who are the highlights of my life. When I’m not with them, I enjoy watching reality TV, cuddling with my two cats (Boo and Echo), diamond painting, and pretending I like to go outside!
